Privacy
Neutron Managed is a hosted service: we run your Neutron agent harness for you. That means your projects and conversations pass through infrastructure we operate, so we want to be plain about what we hold, where it runs, and the choices you have.
Where your harness runs
By default your harness runs on a shared, multi-tenant VPS that we operate, powered by Claude Code. Each tenant is isolated, but the underlying machine is shared. For work that can't run on shared infrastructure or reach a third-party model vendor, a private cloud is an option: your harness on dedicated, isolated infrastructure with open-weight models, so sensitive projects stay inside a boundary you control. The private cloud is an upgrade you choose, not the default.
What we hold
To run the service we store the data your harness needs to work: your projects, files, long-term memory, scheduled jobs, and the conversations you have with your agents. This lives in your tenant's own files and database on infrastructure we operate. We treat it as yours. We don't sell it, we don't use it to train models, and we don't read it except as needed to operate, support, or debug the service at your request.
On the default shared deployment, agent work runs through Claude Code, so the model calls your agents make are processed by Anthropic under their terms. On a private cloud deployment with open-weight models, those calls stay inside your deployment and never reach an external model vendor.
Account and contact data
When you join the waitlist or sign up we collect your email and anything you choose to tell us about what you'd run on the service. We use it only to reach out about access and to operate your account. No spam, and we won't share it with anyone outside what's needed to run the service.
This website
- Uses Google Analytics for basic, aggregate traffic stats (page views, rough geography). No ad trackers, no Facebook Pixel.
- Serves fonts from our own domain. No third-party font CDNs.
- The waitlist form sends your email and message to us through Netlify Forms so we can follow up. That's the only thing this site collects directly.
Your control
Your data and projects stay portable. You can ask us to export or delete what we hold for you, and we'll do it. The harness is the same open-source Neutron you can self-host, so you're never locked in: if you'd rather run it yourself, you can take your work with you.
